Purpose of Processing

The Company processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide products/services in the field of construction materials.
• To fulfill the Company’s legal obligations.
• To pursue the Company’s legitimate interests.
• To provide information about commercial offers.

Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for collecting and processing your data for each of the above purposes is:

• The contract for supply or services to which you are a party or your request before entering into a contract.
• Fulfillment of a legal obligation.
• The Company’s legitimate interest to allow us to exercise legal rights, to take legal action against any illegal or harmful activities, and additionally, where you have consented, your consent. Processing personal data based on consent is an additional purpose for processing personal data for the execution of the contract to which you are a party and does not condition the provision of the contractual services.

Categories of Recipients to Whom Personal Data May Be Disclosed

To achieve the purposes mentioned above, we use the following categories of product and service providers/processors:

• Accountants, auditors, forensic experts, lawyers, or other similar external advisors of the Company, or third parties providing products and services to the Company (security service providers, IT system providers, financial consultants).

The Regulation grants individuals whose data is processed a series of rights. In addition to the existing rights, there are also rights to data portability and data erasure. In summary, your rights include:

• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw any consent given for processing data based on your consent. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before withdrawal, for contract execution, legal obligation fulfillment, or legitimate interests.

• Right of Access: You have the right to obtain confirmation from us on whether we process your personal data and, if so, to access that data and information about how it is processed.

• Right to Data Portability: This refers to your right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have this data transmitted directly to another controller, where technically feasible.

• Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when the processing is necessary for performing a task that serves a public interest or for legitimate interests. When processing is for direct marketing or based on explicit consent, you have the right to object at any time.

• Right to Rectification: This refers to the correction, without undue delay, of inaccurate personal data. Rectification will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data has been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

• Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): You have the right to request the deletion of personal data, without undue delay, if one of the following reasons applies: data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; you withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing; you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds; data have been processed unlawfully; data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation; data were collected in connection with the offering of information society services.

• Right to Restriction of Processing: Can be exercised if the person contests the accuracy of the data, for a period necessary to verify the correctness of the data; processing is unlawful, and you oppose deletion of the data, requesting instead restriction; the Company no longer needs the data for processing but the person requires it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; the person has objected to processing pending verification of whether the legitimate interests of the controller override those of the person.

• Right to Lodge a Complaint: Complaints regarding personal data processing can be addressed to the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing.
