AVA STAR SRL (“the Company”), located at 72 1 Mai Street, Pascani, Iasi County, registered with the National Trade Register Office under no. The Company processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide products/services in the field of construction materials.
- To fulfill the Company’s legal obligations.
- To pursue the Company’s legitimate interests.

To achieve the purposes mentioned above, we use the following categories of product and service providers/processors:

Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw any consent given for processing data based on your consent. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before withdrawal, for contract execution, legal obligation fulfillment, or legitimate interests.
Right of Access: You have the right to obtain confirmation from us on whether we process your personal data and, if so, to access that data and information about how it is processed.
Right to Data Portability: This refers to your right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have this data transmitted directly to another controller, where technically feasible.
Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when the processing is necessary for performing a task that serves a public interest or for legitimate interests. When processing is for direct marketing or based on explicit consent, you have the right to object at any time.

Right to Restriction of Processing: Can be exercised if the person contests the accuracy of the data, for a period necessary to verify the correctness of the data; processing is unlawful, and you oppose deletion of the data, requesting instead restriction; the Company no longer needs the data for processing but the person requires it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; the person has objected to processing pending verification of whether the legitimate interests of the controller override those of the person.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: Complaints regarding personal data processing can be addressed to the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing.
