In accordance with the applicable legislation (Ordinance 34/2014, supplemented by Law 51/2003 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts – Art. 12, point a) and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 20.05.1997 on consumer protection in relation to distance contracts – Art. 3, point (2), first paragraph), contracts for the supply of food products, beverages, or other consumables delivered to the consumer’s home, residence, or workplace through established distributors cannot be unilaterally terminated.
Once the products are received, they cannot be returned.
For food safety and hygiene reasons, AVA STAR S.R.L. does not accept returns of food products.
