Product prices are calculated individually, based on the request submitted to S.C. AVA STAR S.R.L. The prices offered to the customer include transportation fees. These fees are included in the product price.
AVA STAR SRL also uses the transport services of other companies.
The responsibility for these transport services lies entirely with the service providers. It is the user’s responsibility to be aware of and accept the terms and conditions of the transport services before agreeing to use them.
Data Protection
In accordance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and privacy protection in the electronic communications sector, the website www.avastarshop.ro administered by S.C. AVA STAR S.R.L., is obliged to manage personal data provided by the consumer online or by phone in a secure manner and only for the specified purposes.
The purpose of collecting personal data is to use it for invoicing the ordered products.
The consumer is required to provide accurate data, as they are necessary for issuing the invoice for the ordered products, according to the Fiscal Code. Refusal to provide data or providing incorrect data entitles S.C. AVA STAR S.R.L. to cancel the order, which will be considered fictitious.
